At BordoBites, every order is carefully handled from the moment it leaves our kitchen until it arrives at your door. Since our products are perishable, we follow a carefully managed shipping process to maintain their quality and freshness during transit. Please review this policy before placing your order.

How We Ship

All BordoBites orders are packed with care to protect the quality of our products during transit. We use secure, packaging to ensure your cookie bites stay fresh from the moment they leave our kitchen until they arrive at your doorstep. Our goal is to deliver every order in perfect condition so you can enjoy the same great taste and freshness as intended.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Cut-Off Time To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. BordoBites is not responsible for carrier-related delays once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

To maintain the quality of our products during delivery, all BordoBites orders are packed in carefully sealed, air-tight packaging. This helps protect the cookie bites and keep them fresh while they travel to your doorstep.

At this time, we may be unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes or parcel locker addresses
  • Certain remote or rural areas where reliable delivery service is not available
  • International destinations (we are working on expanding soon)

Receiving Your Order

When your BordoBites order arrives, please inspect the package immediately. Transfer the contents to your freezer as soon as possible to maintain optimal quality.

  • Do not leave the package unattended outdoors for extended periods
  • If no one is available to receive the order, consider using a neighbour or a secure delivery location
  • Check that the packaging is sealed and intact before storing
  • If anything looks wrong, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours

We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and in great condition. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept physical returns. If there is an issue with your order, we will review it and resolve it through a refund or replacement when appropriate.

Important — Inspect Upon Arrival Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review or resolution.

What We’ll Make Right

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or crushed during delivery
  • You receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity
  • The packaging is compromised (torn seal, broken lid, or leakage)
  • The product shows unusual smell, appearance, or texture when first opened

How to Request a Refund

Getting a resolution is simple. Here's how:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

    Email us at support@bordobites.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Attach photos or video

    Include clear images of the product and packaging showing the problem.

  3. We'll review your claim

    Our team reviews all claims within 1–2 business days.

  4. Receive your refund or replacement

    Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacements are shipped as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing and packing orders quickly to preserve freshness, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has likely already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your delivery address and order details before confirming your purchase.

Lost & Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are managed by the carrier. In the event of a significant carrier delay that results in your product thawing or spoiling, please contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbours and your building management. If the package is still missing, contact us within 72 hours of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
